The Emelyne LAVOINE Architecte agency, located in Mougins, is composed of a young, versatile and dynamic team. It is managed by Emelyne LAVOINE, a state-certified architect, HMONP (authorized to practice architecture independently), registered with the Order of Architects.
Driven by a passion for architectural design, environmental values, and a desire to integrate projects into their context, we approach each project as a unique case and a challenge. We work on all types of projects, including new construction, extensions, and renovations (contemporary or traditional single-family homes, timber-framed buildings, multi-family housing, commercial buildings, public access buildings, interior and exterior design, etc.).
We support you throughout the various phases of your project: feasibility study, preliminary design, building permit application, project management, and construction supervision. We will study your project with responsiveness and interest, applying all our expertise to bring it to fruition.

The firm is headed by Emelyne Lavoine, a registered architect (HMNOP), a graduate of the Marseille National School of Architecture. During her studies, Emelyne Lavoine completed her training with a year in Chile at the Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso (PUCV). This experience allowed her to develop a poetic approach to architecture and to work on a variety of projects.
Upon returning to France, Emelyne LAVOINE initially worked as a freelancer for various agencies in the Alpes-Maritimes region, developing her network with architects, landscape designers, and interior designers. She then established her own agency in Mougins, where she assembled a team of skilled collaborators and a network of qualified tradespeople and service providers to better serve her clients.
The agency is composed of a multidisciplinary team with varied skills (architects and interior designers, draftsmen and project managers) where each, drawing on their personal experiences, has acquired expertise in many different fields.
We insure all our projects with our ten-year guarantee insurance with MAF, the French architects' mutual insurance company.
